Time for a BREAK

Hey guys! As I mentioned in the earlier post I was having some slight medical issues after having my last baby. I actually ended up having surgery about a month ago and though I tried to keep up on orders it proved to be much more difficult than I had anticipated. Between that and the busy schedules of a growing family I found I have had a hard time giving you, my sweet clients, the timely turnaround time you deserve on your orders. Because of all this I have decided to take a break from Lily Lane. It was a hard decision, for sure. I will keep you updated on when I will be taking orders again and I thank you all for your support these past four years!

Hello! Wow have I been a slacker. But I have a pretty good excuse, I think. Here he is. :)




Long story short is I was on bed rest for a few months, then was blessed with my sweet little boy and have had a few minor medical issues that have made keeping up with 5 kids, a husband and just life in general a little tricky. So my poor business took the back burner for a bit. I am still making pendants and I will be happy to take your orders until December 2nd. I know that is short notice, but I am already swamped with the holidays and I am hoping to make time for a somewhat relaxing holiday season with the family... is there even such a thing?

Out of Town Notice!

I will be leaving to visit family on the 16th of June and will be gone until July 21st. If you have an order you would like completed before that date please email me BY WEDNESDAY the 8th of June. I will NOT take orders after that date. I will start taking orders again on Monday July 25th.

These pendants were gifts to the Young Women group from my church. Each side had the girls' initial and the other side had a picture of a snail to remind them be slow and steady in their goals. It went along with our theme for that night.

Just a reminder that all Christmas orders must be in no later than November 5th! We will not be taking any last minute or rush orders after this date. Thank you for your understanding!!!

A few changes to announce

Hello! We wanted to inform you all of a few changes going on at Lily Lane.
First, we have moved! The address on the website will be changed shortly, until then go ahead and use the address that is posted. All mail will be forward to us. Having said that, we will be 'pausing' the ordering process for about two weeks. We will start taking orders again on Monday, September 6th. We just need time to get settled and organized. :)
Second, the pricing for custom pendants has been changed to 17.00 per pendant. Any pre-made pendant will be priced at 15.00 a piece. Christmas ornaments will now be 15.00 each as well. These prices are effective immediately.
The last announcement is regarding Christmas orders. All Christmas orders must be submitted NO LATER than November 5th. After that date we will no longer be taking orders so that we may enjoy the holidays with our little families this year. We will re-open after the new year and after the kiddies have gone back to school. :)

For an Amazing Young Lady

I had a friend growing up named Melanie. She and her family lived on the next street over and we played softball together every summer when we were young. She is one of the sweetest people I know and she comes by it honestly. Her whole family is generous, kind and just down right good people. A few years ago her little sister, Natalie, was diagnosed with a rare cancer in her spine. After battling the disease these past few years she has been told to enjoy what time she has left on this earth. At twenty-two years old she has been diagnosed terminal. I had the chance to make and donate these pendants for a silent auction that took place at a benefit concert for Natalie this past Friday. The money is being raised to help fund her last wish, a trip with her whole family. Please read her entire story here. It is a very uplifting story. You can also watch her interview here. I just thought such strength and beauty should be shared.
